"Lift The Streets" is a comprehensive 12-week program structured into three phases, each addressing different aspects of personal development: Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Phase 1, "Lift the Streets (Body):
first six weeks

“Lift the Streets” phase 1, focuses on evidence-based prevention initiatives to foster positive behavioral outcomes and deter substance use among youth. Through physical fitness mentorship, participants develop crucial life skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and social-emotional learning. The program, embedded within correctional facilities, emphasizes the shared human experience of overcoming challenges and encourages teamwork and resilience through weightlifting and obstacle training. Phase 1 culminates in a celebratory competition to showcase participants' progress.

Phase 2, "Lift the mind (mind):
next four weeks

“Lift the Streets” phase 2 is known as “Lift the Mind”. This phase builds upon the foundation laid in Phase 1. Participants are guided to strip away defensive masks, revealing their true selves and intrinsic strengths. Through personalized case plans, individuals outline their life goals and develop coping skills beyond substance use. The program cultivates mentally resilient individuals capable of navigating life's challenges and fosters a supportive community of like-minded peers.

Phase 3, "Lift us up (spirit):
last two weeks

“Lift the Streets” phase 3 is known as “Lift Us Up”. This marks the transition to a supportive community actively contributing to participants' well-being. Weekly family dinners and recreational activities reinforce positive alternatives to substance use, while professional support from clinicians ensures comprehensive care. The program is inclusive, welcoming all youth seeking positive change, including those referred from justice systems, schools, and voluntary participants.

"Lift The Streets" offers a structured pathway to personal growth, empowerment, and community support, emphasizing resilience, self-discovery, and positive life choices.
